1 Reading of real-time coordinate data of CNC machine tool spindle
Before the CNC system is processed, the tool will be set with the tool setting origin of the fixture seat as the coordinate origin. Therefore, the CNC system and the follow-up fixture system use the same coordinate system. The spindle head coordinates of the CNC machine tool are the spindle position of the follow-up fixture system. . The block diagram of the control system is shown in Figure 3. The CNC system data processor and accompany fixture control end software adopt C/S structure. While the host PC obtains the real-time coordinate data of the spindle, it sends the data to the lower PC at the control end of the pallet fixture through the Ethernet interface of the machine tool according to the TCP/IP protocol. 2. Analysis and processing of coordinate data
